Shriya Saran Bhatnagar is an Indian actress and model known for her work in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi films. Born on September 11, 1982, in Haridwar, Uttar Pradesh (now in Uttarakhand), India, she aspired to become a dancer and was trained in Kathak and Rajasthani folk dance. She made her acting debut with the Telugu film ‘Ishtam’ in 2001 and gained commercial success with ‘Santosham’ (2002). She has appeared in several successful films across various languages, including ‘Sivaji’ (2007), ‘Awarapan’ (2007), ‘The Other End of the Line’ (2008), ‘Midnight’s Children’ (2012), ‘Manam’ (2014), ‘Drishyam’ (2015), and ‘RRR’ (2022).
