His breakthrough came with the Telugu film ‘Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya’ (2019) and the Hindi film ‘Chhichhore’ (2019). He is acclaimed for his comic timing, versatility, and unique journey from an engineering background to mainstream cinema. Born on December 26, 1989, in Hyderabad, India. Graduated in Civil Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (NIT Bhopal).Initially worked as an engineer before pursuing acting.
Acting Career :
Began his career in theatre and later collaborated on YouTube videos with All India Bakchod (AIB). Gained recognition for his comedic roles in AIB sketches like "Honest Engineering Campus Placements". Made his debut as a lead actor in the Telugu film Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya (2019), for which he also co-wrote the screenplay. Made his Hindi film debut in Chhichhore (2019).Achieved further success with the blockbuster comedy films Jathi Ratnalu (2021) and Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty (2023). Won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor – Telugu for his role in Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty.Won the Best Actor (Critics) award at the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) for Jathi Ratnalu. Set to appear in the upcoming film Anaganaga Oka Raju alongside Meenakshi Chaudhary, which is scheduled for release in 2026.
