Kriti Sanon is an Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi films. She was born on July 27, 1990, in New Delhi, India. After completing her engineering degree from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, she briefly worked as a model before entering the film industry. Kriti made her acting debut in the Telugu film ‘1: Nenokkadine’ (2014) and gained recognition with her Bollywood debut in ‘Heropanti’ (2014), for which she won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. Over the years, she has appeared in several successful films, including ‘Dilwale’ (2015), ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ (2017), ‘Luka Chuppi’ (2019), and ‘Mimi’ (2021), the latter earning her the National Film Award for Best Actress. Kriti is also an entrepreneur, having launched her clothing line ‘Ms. Taken’, fitness company ‘The Tribe’, skincare brand ‘Hyphen’, and her production company ‘Blue Butterfly Films’.
