Anyone remember Michael Elphick’s “Private Schultz” (1981)? The nasty Nazis have counterfeited millions of Bank of England notes and plan to flood, and thereby ruin, the British economy and shrewdly shorten the war. “Beckett” (Tim Roth) is their agent and he determines to recruit “Duke” (Barry Keoghan) to help him smuggle and distribute some £70m of it.
